For many years, ISDN30 technology has been used by monitoring centres to receive signals from analogue alarm systems, based on dial-up over the telephone line. A number of providers have already discontinued the technology. From 1 December 2023, the last providers, such as T-mobile, will also discontinue it.

This means that alarm messages that dial in to alarm centres based on outdated equipment are no longer received. This poses major risks. It is therefore important that you switch to a future-proof alarm over IP service before 1 December 2023. This way, you will prevent alarm transmission from becoming inoperative after 1 December 2023.
