What are personal data?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) states that a personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. This means that information is either directly about someone or can be traced back to that person. Data of deceased individuals or organisations are not personal data under the AVG.
If you have any questions, or want to know exactly what we track about you, please feel free to contact LARCOZ.
It is important to us that our service is personal, simple and reliable. We are therefore constantly looking for ways to improve it and tailor it as much as possible to your personal needs.
To provide you with the best possible service, it is important for us to understand which products and services you purchase from us. We link the information we have from you to address, track and monitor your questions, reports (e.g. about a malfunction) and complaints, quickly and appropriately.
We like to inform you personally and when it is relevant to you. This information may include tips on products you use or interesting offers. If you purchase several products or services from us, there may be benefits. We will gladly point out these benefits to you. We also process your data for this purpose. We inform you by e-mail, telephone, personal appointment or newsletter.
